Frequently asked questions
General information on indigo Studio HANDMADE products.
All of the listings in IndigoStudioHANDMADE handmade by me. Therefore there can be slight differences or minor substitutions in stamp colors, placements, punched holes, labels placements, hand coloration, raffia, ribbon colors and selection, stamps or paper selections or for incidental supplies due to availability or design intent. These changes are solely at the discretion of Indigo Studio Vintage. If your have any questions or concern PLEASE convo me ahead of shipping to clarify. Also many of our beads are either vintage or handmade and there can be slight differences in colors, shadings, holes placement, shape etc. Substitutions are ONLY made when the difference is ever so slight or not essential to the product use, function or design.
How are returns handled?
I will gladly accept returns on most items under these conditions:
1. You notify me within 7 days of receiving your package and specify the problem.
2. All items are returned with the original inside packaging, are in the original condition and include the original "set" if applicable. You may not return part of a set. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of you notifying me of the problem. Please provide the tracking info when you return your item(s) so I can track the returning package and know when to expect it. I will credit back to your account upon receipt of returned items.
3. Buyer pays for return shipping with TRACKING and insurance. Buyers are responsible for any damages or loss incurred when shipping a return, delivery c
How are LOST or Damaged packages handled?
If something is LOST or DAMAGED IN TRANSIT an appropriate claim will be filed by Indigo Studio. USPS or the shipping insurance company. Contact me ASAP!
1. All claims need to be filed with in the 60 day time period as per USPS and Shipsurance policy, or the claim will not be honored.
2. You must provide photos of the damaged packaging and product for me to be able to make an insurance claim. It is also important to keep the damaged goods and packaging until the claim is processed-
3. PLEASE be aware that if a package is Lost or damaged you will be asked to sign an affidavit that you did not receive the package. This is required for a USPS and Shipsurance Lost claim. I can NOT proceed with the claim without your signature.
The use of Vintage "goods"
Please remember that all of my items are described as accurately and completely as possible, with accompanying detailed photos. The nature of "vintage" is just that-- it is not new, I have created many these products from "rescued" vintage goods. There may be wear marks, and slight worn areas, a few snags and pulls here and there. I include any flaws I find in the descriptions. Please make sure to read the FULL DESCRIPTION.
